You probably got here after you typed in I don’t know what to do into the search bar. Whether you don’t know what to do with your life or for your day, you chose to rely on the internet to tell you what to do next.
There’s no shame in that. You’re not the only person who’s tried it. But relying on a desktop or a handheld device to tell you what to do with your life isn’t the answer.
And even if you did rely on the internet to tell you what to do next, most answers wouldn’t be specific enough for you anyway.
Some things you just have to figure out yourself. But having access to the internet at all times deprives us of that.
You already know what you have to do. Because at some point, you already have all the information you need to know.
Our brains just happen to find results a lot slower than an internet search engine. All you have to do is give your mind enough time to come up with the answer. But most of us are too impatient to do it.
How Do I Find The Solution If I Don’t Know What To Do
There’s a reason why people pace back and forth when they’re coming up with a solution. They’re inadvertently chasing down that “Aha!” moment.
That’s because we come up with our greatest ideas when we get moving. Standing up, walking, and living life outside our front door.
But in a world where most people are sitting down and staring at a screen, we rob ourselves the chance to prove our self-knowledge.
A machine can never tell you what you want to do or what to do next with your life. Only you can do that.
So go for a walk outside, breathe, and talk to other people. Go live life beyond a sitting around or laying down. As you move, the answer will unfold before you know it.
